So I spent the weekend at my sister's house. She didn't have a scale. I am on Day 3 of the cleanse and feel great. I lost 3.2 pounds over the weekend. At first I feared I wasn't going to lose weight or worse, gain. So today is a good day. 3.2 pounds in 2 days isn't much but it is way better than not losing or even gaining. I am going to cut out other things as well and drink herbal tea to help cleanse more so I lose more weight per day.

Day 5
So today I lost .2 lbs. I am just thankful I didn't gain. I had a really rough day yesterday. I had a low blood sugar attack and had to eat extra protein and sugar to level my sugar out. Being hypoglycemic this diet is not so friendly. I have spoken with a nutritionist and found that people in my situation need a different approach using hCG and so I am trying something a bit different. She told me to only take hCG twice a week and eat a high protein low carb diet and eat tons of fruits and veggies. I have a new list of allowed foods and it is very similar to the hCG protocol. I am going to try this new diet plan as it worked for my roommate a year ago when she used it and lost 100 lbs in 6 months.
I really was hoping to do the hCG protocol but I think staying out of sugar coma and staying alive would be in my best interest. If you are not diabetic or hypoglycemic this 500 calorie diet would work great and has great results, but if you do have either then I would recommend at least doubling your proteins and reducing your drops to twice a week.
Reducing your drops is essential because taking that much drops and eating more than 500 calories will actually make you gin weight. So here's the link to the website of the place I went to for advice for my situation. http://www.mddietclinic.com/
I will detox for 3 days and then start the new diet. I will still weigh in everyday as scheduled as I will lose weight during the detox as well.

Day 4
Day 4 and doing well. I lost 2.6 lbs. for a total of 3.2 lbs lost so far. I am so excited to be losing this weight finally. I have tried everything and this seems to be doing the trick.
Wow. So yesterday was a bit rough and I will need to have more patience. I got really hungry not long after I ate. I found drinking a big glass of ice cold water helps. It also boosts your metabolism because it takes longer to digest when it's super cold. Tip of the day is drink lots of water. Water fills you up and makes you feel full between meals.
I am just hoping that the dizzy spells go away soon. I am hypoglycemic and this drastic change to very little sugar is wreaking havoc on my system. I am spreading out my food throughout the day so as not to go into a low blood sugar coma. I did pretty well with it yesterday so I think I will be okay.
I have also started doing moderate workout using yoga. It will further help with toning the muscles and tightening the loose skin hanging around. I hope these gramma flap arms go away. I am also thinking of buying a cheap set of weights that I can also tighten the skin up and tone more specific spots.
My favorite thing about this diet is I can drink as much tea as I want and if anyone knows me, I live on iced tea. Right now I have made Green Tea with Mint. MMMMM and getting used to the after taste of sweet n low is gonna take a bit.
Self control and motivation will be the keys to this diet. I can do this. It is in the bag. I will be an uber hottie by Christmas. I have been told I look like an overweight Anna Paquin. Well when I am done I will be an Anna Paquin look a like. And I hate to break it to you folks but I am not overweight. I am morbidly obese. 5'6" and 315 lbs at my heaviest. Yes time to do something drastic.

I learned alot and realized that he was writing about people in my very same situation. Almost like it was wrtten for me. Day 3
So I know I said I would update daily, and I apologize for not doing so. I had internet issues and so had to wait for the tech guy to come fix it. But I am back up and running! So the show goes on.
I started the diet the same day I picked up the drops so this is Day 3 and the first day of the 500 calorie part of the diet. The first two days of the diet I had to force feed myself the highest fat foods I could stand. That is a tough task when you normally eat healthy and don't eat a alot. But I did it and now I am at the firs day of the 500 calorie diet. I started out at 298.9 pounds on day 1. Day 2 I weighed 298.6 and today I weigh 298, losing a total of .6 pounds so far. I know it's not much but I have faith that I will start losing up to 8 pounds a day within the next few days. So this is it for today and I will see you tomorrow!

The Day Before
Today I am going to pick up hCG drops and tomorrow will be starting the diet. The diet consists of 4 phases which are: phase 1 cleanse, phase 2 drops, phase 3 stabilize, phase 4 maintainence. I will be skipping phase 1 and going right into phase 2 as it is not necessary to do a cleanse first. The diet is a 500 calorie diet and I am only allowed to eat certain foods. I am doing a blog to show my progress on this diet. It will be hard to only have 500 calories per day but with a little motivation and self control I think this is definitely doable. Considering I weigh over 300 lbs right now, I am sure that the goal weight of 130 lbs will be motivitation enough. I have to admit I am a little nervous, but after seeing so many other people succeed in this diet I am sure that I can do it. Here is a picture of what I look like now. 

I will post pictures weekly to show my progress and will blog daily. I am excited to finally lose the weight and be a healthy weight and possibly be rid of all of my health problems.
